Required Documents

Please prepare the following documents when applying. You may be asked to upload digital copies or bring originals to an appointment:

Proof of identity (passport, driving license, or ID card)
Proof of income or benefits (recent payslips or benefits letters)
Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement)
Any support or referral letters (from social worker, GP, caseworker, etc.)
Previous tenancy reference (if applicable)
Immigration status documentation (if relevant)

Eligibility

To apply for housing with us, you must meet basic eligibility criteria. We prioritise applicants who are most in need, in line with local housing guidance.

You may be eligible if you:

Are aged 18 or over
Are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness
Are living in unsafe or unsuitable accommodation
Have low income or are receiving benefits
Have support needs that require stable housing
