👥 Support Workers

As a Support Worker, you’ll work directly with our residents, helping them maintain independence and stability in their homes. Full-time/Part-time available.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support
Help residents access local services and benefits
Promote independent living and life skills
Manage basic health and safety checks

Ideal Candidate:

Empathetic and patient
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in social care or a related field

🧑‍💼 Managers

Our Managers oversee housing operations and support services, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee case management and resident well-being
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safeguarding protocols
Report to senior leadership on service outcomes

Ideal Candidate:

Experience managing teams in housing or care settings
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of housing law, health and safety, and safeguarding

📑 Admin Staff

Administrative professionals are the backbone of our operations. You’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly — from resident files to payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle correspondence and scheduling
Maintain accurate records and databases
Provide front-desk and phone support
Assist with HR, finance, and compliance tasks

Ideal Candidate:

Organized and detail-oriented
Good IT and communication skills
Experience in office administration or customer service

🔧 Maintenance Staff (Electricians, Plumbers, Builders, etc.)

Our Maintenance Team keeps our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. We’re always on the lookout for qualified tradespeople with a passion for community work.

Roles We Often Hire:

Electricians: Electrical installations, repairs, safety checks
Plumbers: Fixing leaks, installing fixtures, maintaining heating systems
Builders/General Trades: Structural repairs, painting, refurbishments

Ideal Candidate:

Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
Health and safety awareness
Experience working in residential properties (especially social housing)
